TERMS & CONDITIONS

 DELIVERY POLICY

  • Goods may be purchased online through our website, ordered via email, or purchased in person onsite. 

  • Any orders processed electronically will be confirmed via invoice / sales receipt and products will not be shipped until payment has been made in full.

  • Depending on availability of stock, we will endeavour to process all orders within 7 working days.

  • Due to the nature of our products please contact us for current lead times and delivery dates, as these may vary and affect delivery timeframes.

  • On a stocked or finalised product, delivery is expected to be made within 7-14 working days (within Australia) and 14-30 working days (Internationally) from the date of shipment.

  • It is possible to arrange express delivery upon request. Any additional costs incurred for this service will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Marine Element Pty Ltd, ACN 167 127 700 (“the Company”) are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit if our products is deemed to have a major fault. 

  • To be eligible for return or exchange, the goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were originally received.

  • Approval for refund or exchange of goods is at the discretion of the Company, and you will be notified of the outcome once your request for refund or exchange has been processed. 

  • Products are eligible for replacement or reparation by the Company in the case of original defects in material or workmanship of the Company product.

  • The Company must be notified within 14 days of the date of delivery if you wish to return or exchange any goods.

  • The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning the original goods to the distributor.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • The Company is a private business and all customer information will remain confidential. No private customer information will be shared with any third parties without prior approval from the customer. 

  • The Company will not store any of our customer’s credit cards or payment details.

 

WARRANTY

  • The Companies warranty covers any original defects in material or workmanship manifested within 2 years of the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

  • To maintain the warranty agreement, the Company must be contacted immediately when an issue has been identified, before any decisions regarding expenditure or reparations have been undertaken.

  • No warranty applies to defects which are not reported to the Company within 30 days of discovery.

  • No warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship that did not exist when the product was first delivered.

  • No warranty applies in the case of accidents, misuse, improper use and improper maintenance or storage.
