During this time Troy witnessed recurring issues on even the newest of racing yachts. He knew there had to be a solution, so in 2011 he launched Marine Element, to create products that help yacht teams race faster, reduce unsafe and messy lines and reduce swearing on board by up to 22% (results may vary!).
